Jamu Imaging Foundation invites eligible new and existing suppliers to apply for the supply of goods, works and professional services, including requirements for the 2026 Charity Golf Tournament at Nyali Golf & Country Club.

About the opportunity

Build a supplier relationship with JIF

This exercise will establish a pool of qualified suppliers, contractors and service providers that Jamu Imaging Foundation may invite to submit quotations or tenders during the 2026–2028 period.

It also covers goods and services needed for the Foundation’s second annual Charity Golf Tournament, which supports mobile screening clinics and subsidized diagnostic services in underserved communities.

Please note: prequalification does not guarantee an award or purchase order. Successful applicants become eligible to participate in future quotation and tender opportunities within their approved categories.

Goods and supplies

Tournament and golf items, branded materials, uniforms, office supplies, ICT equipment, furniture, hospitality supplies and general goods.

Medical and technical

Medical consumables, imaging and biomedical equipment, laboratory supplies, medical gases, maintenance and radiation assessment services.

Professional services

Legal, audit, tax, HR, data protection, marketing, insurance, travel, courier, security and other consultancy services.

ICT and digital services

Software, cloud backup, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, websites, digital document systems, internet and communications support.

Events and publicity

Event set-up, catering, entertainment, signage, design, printing, photography, videography, livestreaming and promotional services.

Works and maintenance

Building and renovation works, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, generators, access control and equipment maintenance.

Before you apply

What applicants should prepare

Applications are evaluated using the information and supporting evidence submitted for the selected category.

Registration records

Business registration and statutory documents relevant to the applicant.

Financial capacity

Recent financial information and a banker’s reference on the supplier’s credit position.

Relevant experience

Past performance evidence and references from at least three client organisations.

Key personnel

Names, relevant information and CVs for personnel expected to deliver the contract.

Completed forms

All prescribed application, questionnaire and declaration forms completed in English.

Ethics and disclosure

Declaration of conflicts of interest and accurate, truthful application information.
